The friendly sales staff at AR Equipment are more than happy to help you get the proper items that you have ordered but sometimes you may order some parts in error what happens next? If the parts are special order or electrical components there is "NO RETURN AVAILABLE". However, if the parts are un-opened & un-used we will gladly return the parts up to $ 500.00 and up to 30 days old. If over 30 days and over $ 500.00 a surcharge/restocking fee of 15% will be billed. We understand that sometimes things happen and one can't make it to pick up or pay for an item Of repair so what happens next? We will call and e-mail you reminding of the item or items still waiting for pick up, this will happen for the 1st 30 days, after the 1st 30 days storage fees will start to apply to the item or items at $12.25 per day, after 3 months (the garage keepers act on all unpaid items will take effect), if items are paid for the items will remain in storage for 12 months if unclaimed after that point items will be sent to auction for recouping the loss of income due to storage fees and/or services provided.
